Hello Engineer’s this is “Robotics Kanti”. Today we have brought for you, How to make an eye move with the help of sound, I mean,how do we see, If any sound comes here, The eye which is there will move in this direction. If there is sound on that side,
Then it will move in that direction. This project has been made by using this technology. So let’s see these eyes are,how do we move this with the help of sound, How are these project made,let’s learn today. Before starting this project, We guys understand, This is how it works because of the sound.
I have put one speaker here and other is here. We can also make the speaker work according to the speaker. And can also work according to the mic. The speaker we have installed is working according to the mic. The diameter of sound will be like this way, Similarly,sound has a diameter.
Here we have fitted a motor. Which is servo, Whenever you will make any sound here. So here the sound will come first. And here the sound will come down a bit later. Where the sound will be more, Servo face will also be on that side. This is how we did it by programming.
We have done sound at here. After that what will be the distance of here, The distance here will be the same. Meaning the sound will reach both the sides simultaneously. After reaching the servo will move on the for middle. Suppose,there will be sound here now.
If there is sound,there will be more sound here. The sound on that speaker will be low. So the servo will move in this direction. In this way its sound is moving. We are using this technology, We will make this project today,what it is, So let’s start today’s project.
So now we have made these eyes with 3D printer, And servo has also been fitted. Which will move on left right, Have fitted 2 for the lids of the eyes. And two speaker is fitted here, Now we will fit the speaker and servo on the circuit, After that will programming the circuit.
First we will make the circuit, After that we will fit it. So let’s first build the circuit. Can watch now,the circuit is almost complete, And here servo controller are installed. Who will control the servo, With the help of the mic,we have used,we will control the servo.
To do that,we would take one L29 3D IC. With the help of,we will send the amplifier to the mic, And will send on servo. But before that a micro controller has to be installed. I have installed Arduino nano. You can put any Arduino or any micro controller.
After installation,the programming will be uploaded on it. And after that it will work easily. Programming and 3D printer’s STR file, All you will find on the description below the video. From there you collect that. Now let’s fit it, After that let’s see how it is working. You can see now,it is complete.
Here I have done one eye fit, And here Arduino etc,have been imposed. So here whenever there is any sound on the speaker, So it will move in this direction. If it comes on that speaker then it will move in that way,
If the same sound comes on the both speakers then it will focus on the middle. In this way it works. Also show that if any sound comes on this side,then it will be moving here. From where the sound is coming,it moves in that direction. The sound is coming due to my voice,
